What kind of quality control do you have in place?
We have 3 rounds of quality control: 1. Raw material inspection (safety testing for adhesive, ink); 2. Semi-finished product inspection (pattern accuracy, size consistency); 3. Final product inspection (packaging integrity). We can provide the inspection report upon request.

How do you explain the high charges for port of destination?

What's the warranty period?
Our product warranty period is 1 year from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, we will provide free replacement for products with quality problems caused by production (excluding artificial damage).

Our standard minimum deposit is 50%. For long-term clients with good credit, we can negotiate down to 20%.
